morning Prayer Meeting As part of this year’s Prayer Series, we are having
Thursday morning prayer meetings at 8:00am, at church. Everyone is
welcome – expect these to last 30 - 45 minutes.

Sat. Feb. 11: Meet at the church at 7:30am to head up to Blue
Mountain for a day of skiing and snow boarding. Please let Amanda know if
you are coming and if you are bringing your own equipment, so we will have
enough room in the vehicles.
Lift tickets are $59 for Adults, $40 for those 17 and under.
Equipment rental is $40.

Jr. S.S. superintendents thank all those who have volunteered
their time to teach in the first and second quarters. We are now
trying to find teachers to fill the third quarter. WE NEED TEACHERS
FOR GR. 3/4 AND 5/6. If you can help us out with a whole class or
would like to share a class please let Wendy or Tracy know.

is Potato Blitz – House of Friendship
will use 200,000 lbs. of potatoes this year to
supply the needs in the 19 different programs
they provide. Contributions can be made by
marking your envelope Potato Blitz or help fill the potato jar.

Feb. 13: ESL meeting at 7pm. Toy sorting to follow.
ESL
(English as a Second Language) classes for Low German
women and children (a program of MCC) will begin Spring
Session on Feb. 23. This program provides opportunity for
our Low German Mennonite “neighbours” to learn English and
adjust to Canadian life. We need volunteers to drive, and work
with the children and/or adult teachers to provide a safe,
welcoming and nurturing place. Please give this prayerful
