Spare a healing thought for a sick kitty
Here's our Joey, nuzzling a stool I had put up on the table so I could wash the floor. He's so affectionate he will even give his love to inanimate objects. (I named him Joey after the "Friends" character: cute, incredibly sweet, loves to chase the girls, but not too bright.) Right now he's in the Guelph vet college ICU. He's gonna make it -- although it's gonna cost some pretty big bucks -- he's been given excellent odds post surgery for a blocked urethra, but he'll be hospitalized for a few days before they can operate. Anyway, my friends and family out there (and strangers too, if you're reading), if you can send your prayers, healing thoughts, good vibes, and virtual hugs in Joey's direction to help speed his return to health, I'd be very much in your debt. I mean, LOOK at the cuteness! How can you not?!
